Last year I filed a discrimination complaint against the Association/Board of Directors. They are trying to enforce rules that are discriminatory towards families. The complaint was reviewed and it was determined there was lack of probable cause. I have now been mailed an invoice for the deductible that the insurance does not pay. Can this be done? Is this a blatant form of retaliation for a complaint I placed with the State? How can they do this when I pay a condo fee monthly just like everyone else in the association. Don't these fees cover insurance deductibles? Also, this invoice was dated May 1,2009 and I am just receiving it now the end of July. There is way more to this story this is only 1/4.
Please, Thanks!
