In our 4 unit association, each unit serves as one of the association's 4 officers. Our treasurer is now asking us to pay for her services, $25-$30 per month. Admittedly, it's a lot more work than the rest of us do, as it's the only position with regularly scheduled responsibilities. However, this seems quite unusual given that condo officers are usually volunteers. Is this legal/reasonable in MA?
