My cousin and I inherited a two family home in Massachusetts from our aunt. We do not get along very well and I don't want to own property with her, although I wouldn't mind owning the thing on my own. As far as I know, she just wants to sell the thing and move on. Any ideas about my options under Massachusetts law?

First, I encourage you to do your best to put your feelings aside and try to communicate with your cousin. Things will go much more easily and cost a lot less money if you can agree to get along until this issue is resolved. You have several option available to you. The simplest option is to sell the house and split the proceeds. If you really want to keep it, you can get a couple of appraisals from appraisers you agree on and pay your cousin half of the value of the property. If you have money to hire a MA real estate attorney , you could also convert the building into a condominium. You can keep one unit and your cousin can do as she pleases with hers (sell it, rent it, live in it).
If you two are unable to communicate and the situation degenerates, you or your cousin can file a petition for partition at the appropriate court. In that case, the court will decide what to do with the property (most likely a sale and split of the proceeds). Good luck.
