I'm another of the unemployed who have to pay child support. In my case the child is 21 and is enrolled in full-time college. I understand that child support continues to 23 if the child stays in school. My question is this: if my ex moves to another state does the Massachusetts child support order still hold? Lets say the other state's guidelines have emancipation at 21. Any thoughts?
