I am looking to modify my current visitation order. The issue I have is the schedule is written to work with my current schedule, but that changes usually once a year and have to modify the court order each time. During the meat time between my schedule change and me getting a court date my child's mother use the fact that if they go by the court order my visitation would be cut down to 1 day from 3 as leverage against me.
Is there a way I can have it written that I can have my kids 3 days a week but variable days and weeks?
I know a person I work with has his order writen so he can get his daughter 3 days a week and he only needs to give 48 hrs notice that her wants to take her..she is 14 so I don't know if age plays a difference. My daughters are age 5 and 3.
Hope this makes sense

Change visitation order
There are ways to incorproate a changing work schedule into a permanent visitation or parenting plan schedule. You should not, however, compare your situation to your co-worker's because there are too many variables involved.
