I am renting an apartment in MA. I recently discovered there is a FFC registered antenna tower (registered to Cingular Wireless) on top of the building. I know cell towers have not been proved to cause health risks, but that is because there is not enough evidence yet. I believe some states require disclosing that a tower is nearby. In MA, does the apartment complex have to disclose this information?

I do not know of any such law in Massachusetts. However, I encourage readers with more up-to-date- information to chime in. Good luck.

As I said, I don't know of any such law, so it's hard for me to point you in the right direction. If you think it is a federal law, I would try the FCC website. If you think it might be a local ordinance, go to your town or city hall and ask for help researching the local ordinances. Good luck, and let us know if you find anything.
