I know it sounds like a stupid question, but I feel I need to know how many times my license plate is ran through the system. I feel like for me it's almost weekly. So I'm curious to know how many times it has happened to my car and how frequently.

That seems like an awful lot of plate checks. In any case, I guess I would start by talking to the Registry of Motor Vehicles. I have no idea if they will tell you. If not, perhaps you could make a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law. Try this link for more information: http://www.sec.state.ma.us/pre/preidx.htm
license inquiry
The Criminal Justice Information System or CJIS is the entity that documents all license inquiries in MA. I am not sure if you could obtain these records by a public records request. I have been able to obatin them in connection with an open criminal case where the judge allows a motion I have filed for such records. Damian N. Riddle

You cannot find this out short of obtaining a court order. License plate queries are considered confidential and law enforcement sensitive.
