Can the landlord use my last month rent as security deposit?

When I signed the lease, I paid 1+last month rent but no security deposit. I got married and moved out of the apt on 9/30 and gave the landlord 30-day notice. The landlord asked me to pay the last month rent for Sep which I did.

However, after I moved out I asked for the last month rent back they kept 76% of my deposit saying:

1. Refrigerator garsket is damaged $180

I did not damage it. It has been loose from using. I lived there for 4 years

2. Floor is never washed which caused a new floor? $125

Not sure why they said the floor is never washed. I actually washed it regularly. My husband helped me washed it too. It wasn't a new floor when I moved in and now I have lived there for 4 years. Should they expect the floor is as shiny as new? I don't understand why it caused a new floor either.

3. Storm screen door $25

The knoder was loose and fell off from using, but we replance a new one. Do no understand why they still charge me for that.

What can I do? Are they supposed to use my last month rent as security deposit? Will I win if I take them to the court?
