Our friend's tenant was arrested three months ago for trying to stab a police officer who responded to the apartment because of hang up 911 phone calls. She's currently in the state prison because she had her bail in a another case (tried to burn down her boyfriend's apartment after a fight) revoked and she's been deemed dangerous. He wants to evict her ASAP even though he knows that she's not getting out anytime soon because he has someone interested in the apartment. How is the best way he can go about doing this? Can he get her out under the 14 day eviction notice. Also, does he have to store her belongings since she obviously can't come and get them?
