Sometime within the next few weeks I'm talking to an attorney about filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. On of my big debts believe it or not is traffic tickets. Can I get the traffic tickets discharged or will I still have to pay them.

Traffic tickets are
Traffic tickets are non-dischargeable in bankruptcy. However, they MUST be listed in your bankruptcy documents. Also, if you are in 11 or 13 you will have to deal with them within the bankruptcy plan. Make sure your lawyer is aware of the tickets. Good luck.
