Can a Condo Association legally collect fines?

I know that a Condo association is allowed to levy fines however, there does not seem to be any course for the association to collect said fines. For unpaid dues, a lien can be placed on the unit but I don't know if such a provision exists for fines.

All fines are supported by the condo docs.

Is there a way for an association to collect fines for infractions and if it went to court, what types of evidence would be prudent? Pictures, testimony, etc.?

If the condominium association is authorized to levy fines, then it can sue to collect the fines in much the same way the association can sue to collect condominium fees. Your association should have a MA real estate attorney advise you on this issue. Good luck.
