Hi there, I was wondering if I can sue a former trustee due to incompetence (gross negligence in managing bad investments) and animosity towards a beneficary? Do they have to be a current trustee? Also, does a trustee have to notify you, in advance, that they are stepping down or can they do it without your knowledge? If they can do it without your knowledge, how long does the process take? Thank you

Breach Of Fiduciary Duties

Ok, thank you, but my main question was can I sue a former trustee? I only saw what looks like information on current trustees. Am I subject to paying the lawyer fees of a former trustee - one who no longer handles the trust? Thank you.
