Let's say I am driving a couple of my friends around, and we get into a serious accident.
Assume a friend is injured (broken arm, perhaps)
It has been 6+ months since I got my license, so I am legally able to drive other people.
Now are the consequences of this accident different depending on whether I am over 18 or under?
If the consequences are in fact different, how are they different?
