We intially accepted a loosly worded offer, via e-mail, to sell our intrest in a family home.(the other parties also agreed to the offer). We, however, live in the home and own the majority of the property, therefore having the most to loose/gain. When we realized that the offer seemed keep changing, we opted to back out. Now we are being threatend with long leagal battles if we do not go through with the sale. We have signed NOTHING! Are the e-mails a binding contract? Can we really be forced into a situation we no longer want?
