Question about superior court appeal. I have filed an appeal in superior court, I’m the plaintiff, and the defendant which is the commonwealth of mass (place of employment), has asked for a motion to dismiss. My question is, am I supposed to respond to this motion? if not, can I respond to it? Also any other advice is very welcome.
