I filed bankruptcy and a creditor has served me with a complaint. I filed my answers in court and was wondering if I also had to serve my answers to the plaintiffs attorney? I emailed him the answers but want to be sure that is all that is required. If I have to serve him, do I need a server or can it be done by mail in Massachusetts?

I am not sure why a creditor is suing you after you filed bankruptcy and I think you should be contacting an attorney who does bankruptcy law ASAP. Regarding service, You should check Rule 5 of the MA rules of civil procedure. Good luck.
