Demanding accounting from trustee
As a beneficiary, you are entitled to an accounting from the trustee. If the trustee does not respond to your written request (certified or registered mail), then your next step is to file petitions at the Probate and Family Court for an accounting and to remove the trustee. You can talk to the clerks at the court about this process, but you may want to consider hiring a Massachusetts attorney to help you.
