Access to court records after adoption?

We are foster parents who are now pre-adoptive. Parental rights have been terminated and it is just a matter of time until adoption is finalized. Once everything is official, will we have a right to access the court records from the trial that terminated rights? If not, will our daughter have access when she is of age? Thanks!

Records of termination of parental rights in MA

Although Massachusetts adoption records are sealed, as I understand your question, you are asking about something different: whether the records of the proceedings to terminate parental rights of the birth parents are sealed.  My understanding is that theses records are not always sealed.  A quick call the the Probate and Family Court that handled the matter might be instructive.  If that doesn't work, try contacting a MA family law attorney.  Good luck.
