My fiance over 8 years has beaten 5 restraining order/violation cases at trial. The most recent in 2009, we spend 10 months going to court just to have the DA catch her lying. Now there were issues with their daughter at school and he called the school to find out if she would be expelled. His daughter then called and said her mother just got another restraining order. Now we live in NH and they live in MA. How can the judges keep allowing her to abuse the system? Also I dont have money to pay a lawyer how can I find one to do this probono?
