MA Landlord and Tenant Law Questions and Answers

We let a friend stay with us for almost a year. We did not accpet money for rent or have a formal agreement. We asked him to leave and he moved out but left a substantial ammount of property behind (in our basement and land) including a boat and two large vehicles. We have asked him repeatedly to remove his property and he has not. What are are rights and responsibilities with respect to removing his property, especially the vehicles?
